Remarks: Lynn served the majority of his career working as an Identification Officer. He is known throughout this area as one of the best, if not the best, identification officer around. When a major crime would happen Sgt. Arceneaux was one of the first officers to be called. He was an important part of the homicide Investigation Team.

Michael R. "Mike" Edge

Remarks: Mike died while still employed with the Orange Police Department. He died from complications after receiving a liver transplant. The 1998 Yearly Stats book was dedicated to the memory of Officer Edge with a picture of his badge on the front cover and his picture was placed on the inside.

Remarks: Charles died on July 19, 1999 from cancer. He was affectionately known by his friends as "Uncle Charles". The picture on the right was taken in his rookie year of 1959.

Remarks: Steve worked his way through the ranks of the department all the way to Major. He was an instrumental figure in the building of the Orange Police Station in the year of 2000-2001. Prior to his retirement he worked as Support Services Major and played a huge role in putting the station back together after the devastating flood from Hurricane Ike in 2008. His expertise will be missed.
